Welcome to Elden Bnb. By staying in our accommodations, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

All reservations must be made through third-party platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com.
Payment terms, conditions, and policies are determined by the respective booking platform.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

Check-in: From 14:00
Check-out: By 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Access to the property is provided via a keypad with a unique code assigned for your stay.

In accordance with Greek law, guests are required to provide the following information prior to or upon arrival:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved prior to booking.
Quiet hours are observed from 23:00 to 08:00.
Maximum occupancy per studio is 3 guests (1 queen-size bed and 1 sofa bed).
Guests are expected to maintain the space in good condition. Any damages or excessive mess may result in additional fees.

Hot water is provided via the central heating boiler; there is no electric water heater on site.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a kitchenette with basic equipment.
Bed linens and towels are provided and refreshed periodically for extended stays.

Elden Bnb is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
In the event of unexpected maintenance issues, every effort will be made to resolve them as soon as possible.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Xanthi, Greece.
